Where will The Villas on 24th be located?

Villas on 24th is located in the heart of West Campus, at the corner of 24th and Rio Grande. The address is 2313 Rio Grande St.

Where is the leasing office located?

The leasing office is located at 506 W 22nd Street (the white house on the corner of 22nd & Nueces).

When is move-in?

Move-ins will be staggered through the first and second week of August.

Are the units furnished?

Yes! Every bedroom will be furnished with a full XL bed, a bedframe and a headboard, a desk, and a desk chair. Each living room comes with the furniture listed in the floor plan layout graphic, including a wall-mounted 65” smart TV, smart home automation features, and built-in wall speakers.

Can I sublease my unit or break my lease?

All leases are 12-month installments beginning August 2025 and ending on July 31st. You can get out of your lease early by subleasing or reletting your unit. Please contact the Villas on 24th office if you need help or more details about the process.

Who has access to the amenities?

Residents will have full access to all amenities! All amenity spaces will be fob accessed.

Is Villas on 24th Pet Friendly?

What security does Villas on 24th provide?

To make sure you have absolute peace of mind, Villas on 24th has the following:

• Fob-controlled entrances throughout the building
• Security cameras on every level

Yes! Please contact the leasing office if you’re interested in leasing a parking space.

Do I get to pick my exact unit?

Yes! Villas on 24th lets you pick the exact unit you want, rather than assigning you a unit.
